The museum is located along Pennsylvania Route 611 between Maple Avenue and County Line Road in Horsham, PA. Free parking is available directly in front of the museum.

Guided Tours
Guided tours with our docent corps and scheduled tours for large groups are available.
Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable museum docents will provide you with the tour you want for your group or family, from technical knowledge about aircraft and artifacts to a focus on the historical aspects of our exhibits, or an interesting blend of both!
Regular docent-led tours occur between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM during museum operating hours. Other times may be accommodated upon request by contacting the Museum Manager, Ron Whetstone at tours@wofmuseum.org or (215) 498-1373.

Parties or Other Special Occasion Events
The Museum is available for birthday parties and other special occasion events, including military retirements, graduations, etc. Events may be scheduled after 11 am ET during regular Museum operating hours.
We have a large, covered pavilion for your use, with seating available for approximately 60 guests.
You (or your caterer) can bring food items and beverages to the premises, however no food or drink may be consumed inside the museum, so please enjoy food and beverages outdoors before entering the building. Appropriate decorations are also welcome to be displayed, and set-up is permitted 30 to 45 minutes prior to the event.
Parties are responsible for clean-up after their event. Two large trash cans are available in the Pavilion.
No alcohol is permitted.
Your guests will have the opportunity to visit the Museum and our outdoor aircraft displays.
The cost of pavilion rental is $175 for up to 3 hours.
IMPORTANT
Due to lack of access to running water or sewer lines, Museum property does not have standard bathroom facilities. There is an ADA-compliant, well-maintained, and clean Porta-John (portable toilet) on premises for use.

Yes, discounted group rates are available for parties of 11 or more: 11–15 participants: $90.00 flat fee; 16–20 participants: $120.00 flat fee; 21 or more participants: $120.00 flat fee, plus $2.00 per person. Groups of 10 or fewer are charged at the standard individual admission rates.

Do you have bus parking, motor home/RV parking?
Yes, our parking lot located directly in front of the Museum can accommodate buses, motor homes, and RVs. If you are arriving with a large group, please indicate your vehicle type when completing the group tour request form so we can assist with arrival logistics.

Where’s a good place to start? Do visitors need to check in with staff once they arrive?
Yes, we ask that all visitors check in with staff upon arrival. Our team will process your admission and help orient you to the Museum and its exhibits. If you have a guided tour scheduled, your docent will meet you at check-in to get your experience underway.
How long do guided tours last?
Guided tours typically last between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on group size and the depth of coverage your group prefers. Our docents are happy to tailor the length and focus of the tour to best suit your needs.
How much notice is required to coordinate a tour?
We ask that groups contact us at least one week in advance to arrange a guided tour. For groups of more than 8 people, please complete the group tour request form on our website or contact the Museum Manager directly at museummanager@wofmuseum.org.
Do you have an online gift shop?
While we do not maintain an on-line gift shop, we have a gift shop at the Museum, which is open during regular Museum hours.
Are there any hands-on or interactive exhibits?
Yes! We feature an aircraft flight simulator that visitors can experience firsthand. Our extensive collection also includes vintage and modern aviation flight gear, aircraft engines, air-to-air missiles, bombs, detailed aircraft models, vintage Martin-Baker ejection seats, an impressive display of military service medals, and more — offering an immersive, educational experience for visitors of all ages.
Does the Museum restore aircraft?
Yes, the Museum actively restores historically significant aircraft for static (non-flying) display as part of its ongoing mission to preserve and celebrate aviation heritage for current and future generations.
